History and origin

This pastry is believed to have originated centuries ago in the Maghreb, as a tribute to the gazelle, a symbol of grace and elegance. Always shaped like a crescent, the gazelle horn hides, under its very thin dough, a heart rich in almonds and orange blossom. Maison Gazelle wanted to give new life to this Moroccan pastry treasure with a lighter recipe (50% less sugar), sourcing the best raw products from around the world, such as hazelnuts from Piedmont or pistachios from Bronte, and a refined aesthetic giving it that touch of sophistication.

Description

More than just a pastry, it's a gateway to the richness and delicacy of oriental flavors, with a touch of sophistication. A meeting between Moroccan refinement and French elegance.
