History & Origin
Born in the 19th century in Eastern Europe, Babka ("grandmother") was originally made with leftover challah dough filled with chocolate or cinnamon. Imported to the United States, it became a global trend in the 90s, propelled by New York culture and the cult series Seinfeld.

Description
A braided sourdough brioche, whose natural fermentation enhances the dough:
melting, flavorful, incredibly soft inside, with a delicately crispy crust.
With cinnamon-Muscovado sugar or chocolate-hazelnut
