History and Origin
Did you know that "food of the Gods", as the Mayans and Aztecs called cocoa, was a drink? It was in this form that Christopher Columbus's men were the first Europeans to discover chocolate, and it was also in this form that it began to be imported into Europe in the 16th century, while the first chocolate bar would not be created until the mid-19th century.
The story of Chocolating is therefore a return to the origins of this noble product. Without dairy products, without added sugar, without preservatives or thickeners, Chocolating is like a square of ultra-creamy hot chocolate to drink.
Description
