History and origin

Caramandes are a signature specialty of Maison Benoit, chocolatiers established in Angers since 1975. This specialty has won multiple awards at the Paris and London Chocolate Fairs and is now exported outside Europe, with fans as far as Japan!

Description

A thin sheet of grilled almonds, caramelized with salted butter and coated in chocolate. A crispy, delightfully indulgent triangle.
